Linde Contact Information

Our primary ordering channel is our online service, where you can order gases and accessories at any time of day. By logging into the service, you also have access to past orders, delivery notes, invoices, cylinder balances, online training, etc.
Note: If you wish to place your order via phone or email, a handling fee will be charged according to our price list. Guidance in using the online service is free of charge.

If you place a chargeable order via phone or email, please provide the following information during your order: company name and customer number, delivery address, contact person and phone number for delivery, billing reference, ordered and returned products (gas type, cylinder size, quantity), and any additional delivery-related information.

Linde Healthcare's customer service is happy to answer your questions, take orders, and coordinate inquiries requiring consultation. The queuing and calling are free of charge.

Things to consider when placing an order:

Only orders placed before 10:00 AM can be included in the same day's transport plan, and delivery will occur the following day. You can check the delivery days specific to your location with our customer service.

Note: If you suspect a fault in your bottled gas cylinder, return the cylinder to the nearest sales point, which will make a claim to Linde.

We provide assistance in emergency gas deliveries and other urgent situations related to gas networks or equipment around the clock at 010 242 9000.

In life-threatening situations, call the general emergency number 112.
